wife 7months preggo.should she fly?

my wife is 26 weeks pregnant right now however we had planned atrip to the states( we are stationed in korea) in july. by then she will be about 30wks we will be returning 2wks later.she has had a farily normal pregnancy still is very active walks and jogs goes to the gym and still wears high heels. she is hardly showing at all. My concern comes in that for the last two weeks she has fainted once(she tripped over me and fell on her hands and knees)(doc think that the shock that she almost fell on her stomach caused her to pass out) checked the baby and he was fine. and then last night she had a sudden onset of swelling of the hands and feet and a mild cause of braxton hicks. Each time the docs have checked the baby and he has been fine. The doc’s just chalked it up as preggo probs, but im still concerned this our fisrt child so i worry alot. i guess i want an outsiders view??? should we take that vacation???
